Membership Experience Consultants deliver key outcomes for Club Active (Castle Hill & Dee Why) by growing and sustaining our membership as well as assisting in the continued development of our products and service initiatives.
A pivotal part of this role is actively seeking new leads within the community and converting these leads into memberships through the introduction of our products and services while maintaining an outstanding member experience within the club.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, • Health/gym industry experience, • A passion for helping people reach their potential, • A genuine passion for a healthy lifestyle, • A keen understanding of sales and passion to push for results, • Current CPR and first-aid certificate.
