Bring it on Sports are looking for a reliable, ambitious and energetic Recruitment Specialist to source and roster highly skilled sport, wellness, dance and self-defence candidates to help take our business to the next level!
In this role you’ll be responsible for all areas of recruitment, including writing advertisements, shortlisting, reference checks, preparing contracts, training, mentoring, on-boarding and rostering of staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
Job advertisement writing
Headhunting candidates
Reviewing all applicants, Phone Screening and Zoom Interviews
Shortlisting of applicants & reference checks
Establish recruiting pipelines and partnerships with industry stakeholders
Preparing contracts & onboarding new staff
Facilitating inductions and provide support & guidance for new staff
Rostering of staff
Liaising with Equipment Manager and Administration Staff
Required skills and experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, Recruitment and Rostering
Energetic and well organised with impeccable attention to detail
Team player with ability to work autonomously (working from home)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong rapport building skills and positive attitude
Strong administrative and presentation skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
High-level of computer literacy
An interest and background in sport will be very beneficial however not essential
