THE ROLE
We are looking for an incredible person to join our team as a Relationship Manager. The role will focus on maintaining and raising company standards in sales performance by consistently driving outstanding results through the growth of our clubs.
ABOUT YOU
Minimum 5 years in Customer Service, Sales or Marketing.
Knowledge of the gym environment.
Fitness Industry experience is a bonus, but not a requirement
Record of achievements and success in previous roles
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Improve the overall performance of the Sales Team each business quarter.
· Ensure the effective use of procedures & processes to enhance Company performance.
· Achieve new sales, upsell and cross-sell targets each month.
· Deliver effective leadership to Staff to help improve overall business performance.
· Improve customer feedback and retention each business quarter.
· Go above and beyond the norm to enhance the member experience.
· Drive integration of new members and up-sell members into personal training and group training.
· Ensure that every member interaction results in a positive experience.
· Assisting the Marketing and Regional Sales Manager where needed in areas including email communication, collateral/asset creation, participating in brainstorms & more.
· Create direct marketing communications such as SMS, email and social stories.
· Proactively approach and manage corporate business partnerships and agreements.
· Design and manage lead activations to drive leads.
