THE ROLE

This primary purpose of the role is to deliver one on one Personal Training Sessions - delivering excellent service, enhancing member experience and contributing to the Fitness Playground brand and culture.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver Personal Training Sessions
• Contact New Members, with the goal of booking them in for a PT Session.
• Deliver 1-2 free Personal Training Sessions to new Members, in order to build business.
• Deliver ongoing one on one Personal Training Sessions, in line with Fitness Playground standards.
• Maintain a healthy Client base, in line with session targets.

Customer Service

• Engaging with Members on the Gym floor to enhance their Gym experience.
• Nurture relationships with Clients and Members.

Administration

• Maintain & provide evidence of up to date First Aid & CPR qualifications.
• Maintain & provide evidence of up to date Public Liability Insurance.
• Generate & submit Invoice on fortnightly basis.
• Follow all Fitness Playground administrative procedures.
• Manage Client’s accounts e.g ongoing programming, customer care etc.
