THE ROLE

This primary purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional Group Fitness Classes - delivering excellent service, enhancing member experience and contributing to the Fitness Playground brand and culture.

· Or, Specialty Group Fitness Qualification

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver Engaging and Unique Group Fitness Sessions

· Deliver Group Fitness Sessions, in line with Fitness Playground standards.

· Maintain and grow a healthy Client base, in line with session targets.

Customer Service

· Engaging with Members on the Gym floor to enhance their gym experience.

· Nurture relationships with Clients and Members.

Administration

· Maintain & provide evidence of up-to-date First Aid & CPR qualifications.

· Maintain & provide evidence of up-to-date Public Liability Insurance.

· Generate & submit Invoice on fortnightly basis.

· Follow all Fitness Playground administrative procedures.

· Manage Clients accounts e.g ongoing programming, customer care etc.
