We are looking for a coach for our under 14 Lindfield Football Club mixed soccer team. The games are on Saturday mornings, and the times of the games vary depending on what the organisers assign for that week. The games are typically somewhat close to the Lindfield area but could be in other areas of the North Shore, usually the Upper North Shore. For example, our game this Saturday is at 9:50 in West Lindfield, and our game the following Saturday is at 11:10 in Killara. I believe the season goes for around 19 weeks.
We would like the coach to arrive prior to games in time to run the boys through a warm-up, discuss game strategy, and the day's line-up. During the game we'd like them to provide encouragement, adjust strategy as needed, and run substitute players in and out of the game. After the game we'd like a quick wrap-up for the boys.
We are somewhat negotiable on the pay for this position, but they will want to keep in mind that this is for a friendship vs. a development team. While there are some good players on the team that have played development before, most of the boys are here just to have fun and get some exercise.
