A1VC China Volleyball Tour 2026
Event Waiver and Release

By registering for the A1VC China Volleyball Tour 2026, all participants and their legal guardians (if under 18 years of age) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions

1. Acknowledgement of Risk
Participation in the A1VC China Volleyball Tour 2026 involves interstate and international travel, physical activity, volleyball training and competition, and recreational excursions. These activities carry inherent risks of injury, illness, or other unexpected events. By enrolling, participants voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Medical Consent
In the event of illness or injury, A1VC staff, coaches, or authorised personnel may seek appropriate medical treatment. All medical costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant or their parent/guardian. Any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or required medications must be disclosed prior to departure.

3. Release of Liability
By joining the tour, participants waive and release A1VC, its directors, staff, volunteers, coaches, and partnering organisations from any liability for personal injury, illness, accident, loss, or damages arising from participation in any tour activities, including those related to travel, sport, or accommodation.

4. Travel and Accommodation
A1VC will coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, including flights, ground transport, and meals, to the best of its ability. Participants acknowledge that itineraries may change due to factors beyond A1VC’s control and agree not to hold A1VC liable for disruptions, delays, or cancellations.

5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave in a respectful, responsible, and cooperative manner throughout the tour. Inappropriate conduct such as bullying, defiance, use of substances, or damage to property may result in removal from the tour at the participant’s or guardian’s expense.

6. Insurance
All participants must arrange their own travel and health insurance for the full duration of the tour. A1VC does not provide insurance coverage. Comprehensive insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical expenses, travel disruptions, cancellations, and lost baggage.

7. Media Release
By participating, individuals grant permission to A1VC to capture and use photos, videos, or recordings of them for promotional, educational, or media purposes, without compensation. Content may be published on A1VC’s digital platforms, marketing materials, or social media channels.

8. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to A1VC’s cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of registration. Refunds may not be available depending on the timing and reason for withdrawal.
