Booking Instructions

Please select your desired holiday camp class and complete the booking form.

Once your booking has been submitted, Academy One will send an invoice to your nominated email address within 24 hours.

To secure your child’s spot, payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

If payment is not received within 24 hours of the invoice being sent, the reserved spot may be released and made available to other students.

Places are limited and are only secured once payment has been finalised.

Holiday Camp Booking Policy

All Academy One Holiday Camp bookings are final.

By completing a booking, parents and guardians acknowledge and agree that all Holiday Camp fees are strictly non refundable and non creditable. Academy One does not provide refunds, credits, transfers, make up sessions, or compensation for missed camp days, change of mind, illness, injury, family circumstances, scheduling conflicts, holidays, travel, or any other personal reason, to the extent permitted by law.

If a student is unable to attend their booked camp day and would like to switch to another available day during the same Term 2 Holiday Camp period, a written request must be emailed to operations@academyone.com.au at least 48 hours before the original booked camp date.

Day change requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Academy One is under no obligation to approve a requested change if the alternative camp day is full, unavailable, or unsuitable.

Requests received less than 48 hours before the original booked camp date will not be accepted. After this 48 hour cut off period, the booking becomes strictly non changeable, non refundable, and non creditable.

Bookings cannot be transferred to another holiday period, term program, private lesson, group class, volleyball program, or any other Academy One service.

Failure to attend a booked camp day will be treated as a forfeited booking. No refund, credit, transfer, or make up session will be provided.

Academy One reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all booking change requests.
