  • Program Overview: 
    9-week structured training program designed for intermediate to advanced junior players who are part of our invitation-only Junior Prep stream. This program focuses on advanced technical skills, positional play, and six-a-side game development through weekly training and competitive games.
  • Locations: Lane Cove Galuwa Recreational Center
  • Date: 
    Sunday 2:00 - 4:00PM
  • Skill Levels: Junior Prep Advanced/Intermediate
  • Groups: Girls
  • Duration: 2 Hours Weekly Training 
  • Participation Fees: 
    Package Fee $450 per term
  • Minimum Age Requirement: 10 years old or older as at 31st December 2026
  • All participants must have "A1VC U18 Recreational Membership"
  • Active kids voucher acceptable - Contact Us

Advanced Girls Development Training 

Macquarie University Aquatic Center

  • Program Overview: 9-week structured training programs for junior beginners volleyball players
  • Locations: Macquarie University Aquatic Center
  • Time: Every Thursday 4:30 - 6:30PM
  • Skill Levels: Junior Development Advanced 
  • Groups: Girls Advanced (u15 and above)
  • Duration: 2 Hours
  • Participation Fees: $50 per session + Transaction Fee
  • Minimum Age Requirement: 14 years old or older as at 31st December 2026
  • All participants must have "A1VC U18 Recreational Membership"
  • Active kids voucher acceptable - Contact Us
