Kylie’s personal journey as an athlete enhances her understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport. A passionate runner, she has completed marathons in New Zealand and Australia. As a runner herself who has completed four marathons - most recently doing the 2023 Melbourne Marathon, a personal best 10km Run Melbourne 2025 and Hyrox Melbourne 2024. Kylie understands a runner's point of view, goals and challenges. A Athletics Australia accredited running coach, Kylie has developed training plans for runners at all levels which are all built around the individual and their goals.
