Braiden Clarke

Bio

My mission is to elevate athletes' speed and performance by focusing on developing a strong technical foundation. I prioritise the fundamentals of training in a supportive, dynamic environment that cultivates positivity but, most importantly, engagement. My approach ensures athletes not only enhance their physical capabilities but also find enjoyment in their training journey and continual improvement.

To ensure every athlete receives the time, focus, and attention required to perform at their best, I do not take on new athletes in the lead-up to state and national championships. During this period, my priority is supporting my current athletes so the work they’ve committed to throughout the year culminates in peak performance.
