Terms Of Registration

1. Registration and eligibility

  1. Registration is required for all attendees and is confirmed once payment is received.

  2. Registrations are personal and must be made in the attendee’s correct name and contact details.

  3. The Women in Coaching and Leadership Day is designed to centre women in coaching and leadership while welcoming everyone, including allies. All attendees are expected to contribute to a respectful and inclusive environment.

2. Pass types and pricing

  1. Available passes and prices are those listed on the event registration page at the time of purchase.

  2. Early Bird pricing applies only until 1 June 2026, unless sold out earlier or otherwise stated.

  3. You are responsible for selecting the correct pass. If you book the wrong pass, any changes are subject to availability and any price difference.

3. Payment

  1. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration, unless an alternative arrangement is explicitly offered on the registration page.

  2. Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider are non refundable.

4. Attendance, entry, and badges

  1. You may be asked to present identification and your registration confirmation at check in.

  2. Event passes or badges must be worn or presented as required and are not to be shared.

5. Transfers and substitutions

  1. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, subject to the conditions below.

  2. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5.00 pm AEST on Friday 2 October 2026, and must include the new attendee’s full name and email address.

  3. Transfers are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from the event organiser.

6. Cancellations and refunds

  1. If you cancel your registration, any eligible refund will be assessed based on the date your written cancellation request is received.

  2. No refunds will be provided within 28 days of the event start date. For this event, that means no refunds for cancellation requests received on or after 11 September 2026.

  3. If a refund is approved outside the 28 day window, the organiser may deduct non recoverable costs such as payment processing fees and administration costs.

  4. If you do not attend, arrive late, leave early, or are removed for breach of conduct requirements, no refund will be provided.

7. Changes to programme, speakers, venue, and schedule

  1. The programme is subject to change, including speakers, session content, times, and rooms.

  2. Changes to the programme do not qualify for a refund.

  3. If a session is full, entry may be managed for safety and capacity reasons.

8. Event cancellation or postponement

  1. If the organiser cancels the event, you will be offered either a full refund of the registration fee paid or a credit or transfer option, as determined by the organiser.

  2. If the event is postponed, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date, with an option to request a refund within a stated timeframe.

  3. The organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs you may incur.

9. Code of conduct

  1. All attendees must behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behaviour, and disruption of sessions will not be tolerated.

  2. The organiser may refuse entry or remove any attendee without refund if behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

10. Photography, video, and recordings

  1. The event may be photographed or recorded for education and promotional purposes.

  2. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in event related materials.

  3. If you have concerns, please speak with event staff at check in and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.

11. Health, safety, and responsibility

  1. You must follow venue rules and any reasonable directions from event staff.

  2. You attend at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for loss, injury, or damage suffered in connection with the event.

  3. You are responsible for your personal belongings.

12. Accessibility and inclusion

  1. We aim to provide an accessible and welcoming event.

  2. If you have access requirements, please contact the organiser as early as possible so arrangements can be explored.

13. Privacy

  1. Registration details will be used to administer the event, communicate event information, and support safety and operational requirements.

  2. Information may be shared with the venue and key service providers only as required to deliver the event.
