Able with Athletics - Come and Try Day (Tuggeranong ACT)

In partnership with Capital Athletics and Abilities Unlimited Australia, the Able with Athletics come and try day will provide a fun, social, and inclusive introduction to athletics for people with a disability and their families. These welcoming days will allow participants to explore a range of options and events in athletics as well as an opportunity to build confidence, make new friends and just have loads of fun!

Where: Tuggeranong Little Athletics Centre, Kambah ACT 2902

What to Expect:

• A fun, social, and inclusive introduction to athletics with heaps of activities and games! 
• Engaging and adapted activities to suit your needs and ability, ensuring everyone can participate.
• Opportunities to learn about inclusion, classification and para pathways, and more.
• A welcoming environment to make new friends, build confidence, and discover your potential!
• Activities will be held on a grass oval, which may limit access for some mobility aids - please contact us if you have specific access requirements.
