Join us for an afternoon of energising and thought-provoking coach education at the 2025 Australian Cross Country Championships. Whether you coach juniors, elites or anywhere in between, this series of sessions is designed to sharpen your thinking and fuel your coaching toolkit ahead of race day.
From fuelling athletes to fuelling yourself, the program blends expert insights, hands-on learning and plenty of opportunities to connect with other coaches. And yes, food's included.

4:40pm – Break / Guided Course Walk
with Di Huxley
Hit the course with experienced eyes. Di Huxley leads a guided walk of the Balarat layout with key insights to help you prepare athletes both tactically and mentally.
5:00pm – Coaching Cross Country: Integrating XC into the Season
