Join us for an online webinar, presented by Special Olympics Australia, focusing on learning key tips and coaching strategies to deliver inclusive athletics programs. The learning will focus on the experience of participants with intellectual disability and/or autism, and can be applied in a variety of athletics settings.

You’ll get:

  • An overview and understanding of athletes with Intellectual disability and autism, their needs and challenges. 

  • Coaching tips, insights and practical resources designed to help you apply new practices into your coaching.

  • Guidance on communication and adapting athletics activities to different learning needs

  • Hear from coaches and athletes themselves who will share the knowledge and skills to enhance the experience of your participants and athletes.

Whether you're coaching athletes or supporting your club to become more inclusive - this session will provide you with the confidence and support to engage with people with ID/austism more meaningfully.
