Mount Isa Athletics Club is a family-orientated non-profit organization that encourages personal advancement through fun, fitness, family involvement, and good sportsmanship.  The association provides quality sporting opportunities to not only members but also the wider school communities of Mount Isa and the district with athletes traveling from Cloncurry and Camooweal to attend weekly club meets. We meet every Saturday afternoon during Terms 2 & 3 at 2 pm at Sunset Oval. Starting at 4 years of age, age groups participate in a rotation of 5 events each day.

We provide a safe friendly environment for our athletes so that they can strive to be the very best they can be. We believe in giving back to our community by providing equipment and coaches for Mount Isa and District School Carnivals.

With age gaps ranging from 4 years to adults, the club has excelled in terms of athletes, volunteers, and coaches. Each week athletes participate in field and track events.
